How to use

  1. Before each use, trim the wick to 5 mm.
  2. Burn for 2–4 hours at a time, so the wax melts evenly across the surface.
  3. Keep away from drafts.

Safety

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Keep away from flammable materials.
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Place on a heat-resistant, stable surface.
  • Stop using the candle when 10 mm of wax remains.

How to use

  1. Place the wax in a suitable wax melt warmer.
  2. Follow your warmer’s instructions.
  3. Do not add water.

Safety

  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Never leave a lit tealight unattended.
  • Do not move the warmer while the wax is hot.
  • Do not ingest.

What are Hill candles made of?

Our candles and wax melts are made with soy wax, coconut oil and fragrance oil. They are luxury soy wax and vegan friendly.

How many fragrances are there?

There are 23 Hill fragrances, each available across our candles and home fragrance. Explore all 23 by feeling to see what each one smells like.

What is the difference between the Premium and Classic ranges?

Premium Range: Aurora (200 g), Nova (250 g) and Luna (320 g), finished with a natural bamboo lid.

Classic Range: Mid Ocher (200 g) and Max Ocher (320 g), finished with a silver screw-top lid.

Can I choose the jar colour?

Yes. Every candle comes in a black or white jar; choose your colour and fragrance on the product page.

What is Create Your Own?

Build a candle that is personal to you: choose your vessel and jar colour, then pick a fragrance from the dedicated Create Your Own collection. Start creating.

Do you deliver?

We deliver within South Africa. Standard delivery is R120, and orders of R750 or more ship free. Most orders arrive within 3 to 10 working days; see Shipping & Delivery for details.
